Fool proof and classic bruchetta perfect as an appetizer or even on its own! 

Recipe: Classic Bruchetta

Classic Bruchetta


  • 1 Pint of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 French Baguette 
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Basil
  • 2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


  • Wash all the vegetables thoroughly 

  • Dice the Cherry Tomatoes 

  • Chop up the Fresh Basil

  • Grate the 2 Garlic Cloves

  • Slice the French bread on a diagonal 


1. Mix together the tomatoes, garlic, oil and basil, add salt and pepper to taste

2. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes

3. Remove the bread from the oven and top with bruchetta 

4. Top with your favourite cheese or serve plain
